2. When you use the blender, you need a power source of appropriate capacity. If a small-capacity power supply is used, it may fail to start. Please pay attention to the power supply capacity.
3. Please confirm whether the frequency and voltage you use are the same as the specifications on the nameplate. (Especially when powered by the engine, you must pay more attention to the frequency and voltage changes).
4. Please use the voltage within ±10% of the allowable value of the rated voltage variation of the mixer.
5. When moving the mixer, do not pull the cable, so as to avoid the cable rupture and the insulation drop and cause electric leakage.
6. Please use the grounding wire surely.
7. To prevent electric shock, a leakage circuit breaker must be installed to prevent electric shock. In order to extend the service life of the mixer, it is recommended to install a wire-free switch.
8. Do not bury the mixer in the sludge.
1. The proper position for installing the mixer must be at least 10cm away from the surface of the water.
2. After the mixer cable is installed, it must exceed the water surface. For parents, they must be properly wrapped with waterproof tape and insulating tape at the connection, and fixed appropriately.
3. When the mixer is installed, the anchor bolts must be firmly fixed.
4. A liquid level controller can be installed (non-electrode type, such as mercury type or steel ball type is recommended) to allow the mixer to operate automatically. The operation and stop water level of the liquid level controller should be adjusted appropriately to prevent the mixer from being lower than the continuous operation for a long time Operate under water level.

2. At ordinary times, you must pay attention to whether the cable is cracked and whether it is properly fixed. When performing maintenance and inspection of the mixer, you must be careful not to pull the cable to maintain the service life of the cable.
3. If the mixer is found to have abnormal vibration and noise, check whether the bearing is damaged, and replace the bearing if necessary.
4. At ordinary times, pay attention to whether the water quality is different from that when the mixer is selected, the sand content, the pH of the water quality, etc. If there is any change, the appropriate mechanical shaft seal must be replaced.
5. When the mixer cannot work, check whether there is any foreign matter stuck in the mixing impeller, and remove it immediately if necessary.
