Normative Operating Rules for Mixers

Hereindustrial mixing machine manufacturer shares the normative operating rules for mixers with you, to ensure your safety and the mixers' service life.

1, Inspection work before operation

Check that there should be no foreign matter in the mixer, the inner wall of the hopper should be dry, close the feeding port and the feeding port.

Switch on the power button of the mixing machine, turn the stop button to the left, and the power indicator should be shown in red.

Check that there should be no obstacles around the mixer, so as to avoid magnetic collision with the obstacles when the mixer is running, resulting in accidents.

After the above operators are required, the following operations can be carried out.

2, No-load operation

Start the reverse button of the mixer and adjust the motor speed. The mixer should run in reverse at a slow speed.

During the operation of the mixer, the fuselage should run at a uniform speed without abnormal noise. After 1-2min operation, prepare to shut down.

Stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping the machine, the discharging port of the mixer should be facing the ground, and adjust the motor speed button to 0, turn the stop button to the right, and cut off the power supply.

After the no-load operation meets the requirements, the following operations can be carried out.

3, Running with material (mixing) 

Open the feeding port of the mixer, and reconfirm that the feeding port is closed, and put the specified amount of material into the V-hopper according to the process control requirements.

After feeding, close the feeding port and lock it tightly to prevent the material from flowing out when mixing.

Switch on the power button, turn the stop button to the left, start the reverse button of the mixer, adjust the motor speed within the speed specified by the process (* product requirements 600r/min) for mixing.

After the mixing machine reaches the time specified in the process, stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping the machine, make the discharging port of the mixer face the ground, adjust the motor speed button to 0, turn the stop button to the right, and cut off the power supply.

Feeding: open the feeding port, with the specified container in the feeding port, until all the material in the hopper is put.
