During the operation of the three-dimensional mixer, due to the multi-directional operation of the mixing barrel, various materials are accelerated in the mixing process to accelerate the flow and diffusion, while avoiding the segregation and accumulation of the specific gravity of the material produced by the general mixer due to the centrifugal force. Phenomenon, no dead angle in mixing, can effectively ensure the best quality of mixed materials.
The mixer works mainly by its auxiliary mechanical stirrer, air flow and jet of the liquid to be mixed to stir the materials to be mixed to make the mixture uniform. In the Jiaodong process, a part of the liquid flows, and the flowing liquid pushes the surrounding liquid. As a result, a circulating liquid flow is formed in the vessel. The resulting diffusion between the liquids is called main convection diffusion.
When the liquid flow speed caused by agitation is high, shearing occurs on the interface between the high-speed liquid flow and the surrounding vulgar liquid flow, thereby generating a large number of local vortices. The normal operation process of the V shape mixer is:
1. Start the reverse button of the V shape mixer, adjust the motor speed, and run slowly in reverse.
2. During the V shape mixer operation, the fuselage should run at a uniform speed without abnormal noise.
3. Open the feeding port of the mixer and re-confirm that the discharging port is closed. Put the specified amount of material into the V-shaped hopper according to the process control requirements.
4. After the feeding is completed, close the feeding port and lock it to prevent the material from flowing out when mixing.
5. After the mixture reaches the time specified in the process, stop the machine by adjusting the speed button of the motor. When the machine is stopped, make the discharge port of the mixer directly face the ground, and adjust the speed button of the motor to 0. V shape mixer will stop the button. Turn right to cut off the power.
