I. MAIN DESCRIPTIONS of WLDH ribbon blender

The WLDH ribbon blender is full stainless steel mixer, horizontal ribbon blender shaft is arranged on the transmission screw blade, the internal spiral material from the discharge port conveying direction, the external spiral material to the discharge port conveying direction. Under the convective motion of the double helix belt, a low power and high efficiency mixing environment is formed.

Installed on the stirring shaft of the spiral drive inside and outside diameter of the material in the cylinder, the stirrer in the cylinder maximum range of turning materials. When the stirring device works, the inner screw drives the material which is close to the center of the shaft to be rotated in an axial direction, the axial direction is pushed away from the discharge port, and the outer screw drives the material close to the wall of the cylinder to rotate in an axial direction, and is pushed forward to the discharge port. The mixed material can be mixed in a short time.

WLDH ribbon blender can be widely used for blending industrial, pharmaceutical, chemical etc dry or wet powder or liquid material.
